Comfortable school opened in Yeltai village, Almaty region
In the village of Yeltai, Almaty region, a grand opening of the school built under the national project ‘Comfortable School’ was held. First Deputy Akim of Almaty region Nurlan Abdrakhim took part in the event. He congratulated the students of the new school with the beginning of the school year.
The school, built by order of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC, is designed for 1200 pupils. The school is equipped with modern equipment and all conditions for quality education have been created. In addition to subject classrooms with interactive panels, the school has workshops and laboratories. To ensure the safety of children, video surveillance cameras, turnstiles and panic buttons have been installed.
Pilot national project ‘Comfortable School’ in the field of education is implemented by direct order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kasym-Jomart Tokayev. Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC is a single directorate responsible for the construction of schools.
