Integrated development (changing the image of cities, including construction of suspended facilities)

The Company plans to carry out complex development of a residential microdistrict on its own land plot. According to the property transfer agreement concluded between the Company and Energoinform LLP, in December 2020 the Company received six land plots in Astana with a total area of 27.8 hectares. At the same time, in the medium term, the Company will consider projects of Integrated development of micro-districts not only on its own land plots.

On the given land plot the Company plans to carry out complex development of the territory, which provides for the systematic erection of buildings and structures, connected by the unity of functions, processes, planning solutions, order of implementation, in which the construction of residential buildings occurs simultaneously with the construction of public buildings, landscaping and gardening.

Goal - to create a comfortable living environment for the population through integrated development of residential neighborhoods (creation of complete infrastructure), as well as completion of construction of suspended real estate objects.

The main objectives are:

• improving the architecture of the city, by completing the construction of suspended facilities;
• improving the level of comfort of living for the population;
• solving other urgent construction issues (infrastructure construction).

Expected results:

• Increase in the volume of new housing construction and renewal of the existing stock;
• integrated development of built-up areas, formation of a comfortable urban environment, construction of new residential and non-residential facilities, development of social, engineering and transportation infrastructure at the expense of investment resources;
• formation of a regulatory legal framework to incentivize work on
• integrated and sustainable development of the territories included in the Program for the long term, reduction of expenses on maintenance and servicing of the housing stock, repair and reconstruction.
