Thus, Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC, under a trust agreement with Samruk-Kazyna JSC, manages the operation of the multifunctional administrative building T4 Green Quarter.

The Kazyna Tower administrative building is the property of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC and has been leased to third parties for operating lease.
