Samruk-Kazyna Development LLP is a subsidiary of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC

Samruk-Kazyna Development LLP was established on March 20, 2013 with the aim of implementing projects for the construction of real estate objects using "green" and eco-technologies with a high commercial component within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency Improvement" and preparing for the ESCPO-2017 in Astana.

Since April 2019, Samruk-Kazyna Development LLP has been providing engineering services for technical supervision of facility construction and project management.

Due to the change in the composition of the participants of Samruk-Kazyna Development LLP, on 04.05.2023 re-registration was carried out. Participants: Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC (100%).

Samruk-Kazyna Development LLP has the following accreditations and certificates of conformity:

Completed projects:

1. LLP "SK Development" together with LLP "BI Corporation" implemented a project for the development of housing construction using "green" technologies "Green Quarter".

In 2018, the construction of the Green Quarter project was completed. The project consists of 10 residential blocks, 3 commercial blocks and a podium with an above-ground parking. The architectural concept of the Green Quarter project was developed by the British company AHR. The concept provides for the use of innovative green technologies - the buildings of the Green Quarter facility are certified for compliance with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards. The landscape design of the local area, a picturesque lake, a park with jogging and cycling paths, a fitness club, and a health center have been created on the territory. Head offices of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and most of its subsidiaries are located in T4 and T5 business centers.
