Akims in four regions promised full and comprehensive support in the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School" during a personal visit of the Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction Maulen Aimanbetov to the places where it is planned to build comfortable schools. Recall that over the past week the head of SK Construction visited Karaganda, Pavlodar, Abay and East Kazakhstan regions.

As part of his working visit to East Kazakhstan region, Aimanbetov met with the head of the region, Yermek Kosherbaev. Akim of the region assured that he would provide any feasible assistance in solving problematic issues.

The Deputy Akim of the region, who oversees the implementation of the national project, will hold meetings with the regional representative of SK Construction and representatives of contractors on a weekly basis. This will allow us to promptly and efficiently resolve all issues that arise during the design and construction of new schools.

Aimanbetov also suggested that the head of the region create a special commission for the selection of furniture for comfortable schools. In addition to the deputy akim of the region, the commission should include employees of the education department, school directors and their deputies for administrative and economic work. The commission will determine the design, color and other external parameters of school furniture. Yermek Kosherbayev, right during the meeting, gave instructions to create a commission.

During a working visit to East Kazakhstan region, the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction also visited several land plots where the construction of schools is planned. First of all, he went to the city of Ridder. Here, the contractor AN Groups LLP will build a school for 600 students, which will open its doors in autumn next year.

Ridder is located in a mountainous area at an altitude of about 700 meters, so the relief of the site allocated for the construction of the school is quite complex. In addition, the site is located on the territory of the forest. This creates additional difficulties in the implementation of high-quality planting of the object.

“I see that the trees are old, sanitary felling is necessary. I propose to Akim of the city of Ridder Darkhan Kosantaev and other responsible persons to hold public hearings on the demolition of green spaces. The site needs to be cleared as soon as possible in order to start preparations for construction and mobilization of equipment just in time,” Aimanbetov said.

The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction also visited the village of Belousovka, Glubokovsky District. A comfortable school for 300 places will be built here. On the territory of the site there are old structures to be dismantled. In addition, it is necessary to carry out the removal of old engineering networks and bring new ones. All these issues are resolved by the contractor LLP "Firma Asia" with the design organization quickly and in an organized manner. Aimanbetov called this a vivid example of responsible and well-coordinated work of the consortium.

Aimanbetov also visited the village of Experimental Field, where a school for 300 students will be built, and several sites in Ust-Kamenogorsk. It should be noted that at this the head of SK Construction completed his weekly tour of the regions.

Despite the hot weather, Aimanbetov visited all the sites allocated for the construction of comfortable schools, and personally got acquainted with the preparations for construction. In the future, the Chairman of the Board intends to continue visiting the regions for enhanced control over the implementation of the national project.

In total, within the framework of the Comfortable School national project in the East Kazakhstan region, it is planned to build ten schools, seven of which will be commissioned by the end of 2024, and the remaining three by the end of 2025. Successful implementation of the national project will create 4.2 thousand new student places throughout the region.
