At an exhibition of building materials and school furniture organized in the region, local manufacturers demonstrated their products, confirming their readiness to provide future schools with quality materials.

As part of a working visit to the region, the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction, Maulen Aimanbetov, personally visited the exhibition.

The Chairman of the Board also got acquainted with the future directors. The heads of three comfortable schools have already been approved. They actively participate in the process of designing and equipping schools, make their proposals and have the right to vote.

End operators retain the right to choose the design, colors and other external parameters of school furniture. A specially created commission has already examined all the exhibited furniture options and made a preliminary selection. The final decision will be made after a detailed analysis of design, convenience, safety and environmental friendliness.

The composition of the commission includes the deputy akim of the region responsible for the national project, representatives of the departments of education, construction and entrepreneurship of the region, as well as a representative of NCE Atameken, school principals and their deputies for administrative and economic work.

In total, 63 comfortable schools for 49 thousand student places will be built in the Turkestan region as part of a pilot national project. To fully equip them, about 163 thousand pieces of furniture will be required.

Earlier, the regional commission identified four enterprises that have all the necessary resources to manufacture high-quality furniture in the required volumes and within the established deadlines. These enterprises will be responsible for equipping comfortable schools.

It is important to note that furniture for comfortable schools will be purchased only from companies included in the register of commodity producers of the Samruk-Kazyna Fund and the Register of domestic manufacturers. Samruk-Kazyna Construction fully supports the idea of attracting domestic manufacturers to provide comfortable schools with quality furniture.
