The first object of the visit was the site of a comfortable 300-seat school in the Utegul neighbourhood of Shardara. In the next academic year, the school is expected to open its doors to the children of the settlement. However, there is no sign of preparation for construction here. The contracting organisation Ar Kua Group LLP, which started work in June, has fallen far behind schedule. Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov harshly criticised the company's management, which irresponsibly approached an important task, as well as the regional representative of the Comfort Schools Project Office, who did not control the work. The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction gave a one-week deadline to mobilise and accelerate the pace. In case of non-fulfilment of instructions with the contractor company unilaterally the contract will be cancelled, as well as the change of regional representative.

Maulen Aimanbetov gave a positive assessment of the implementation of the National Project in the village named after Gani Muratbekov, Keles district, in this village a school for 600 pupils will be built, where the preparation for construction is being carried out by KDSM LLP. After the Chairman of the Board held a working meeting with the participation of district Akim Zhanibek Agibayev, specialists of the Department of Construction, Architecture and Urban Development, as well as the contractor. The Head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction appealed to local executive bodies with a proposal to make an addition to the land plot. It is necessary for the construction of a school stadium, where it will be possible to hold competitions not only of district and regional, but also of national importance. The district akim assured that they would carry out the relevant procedure in the nearest future.

The configuration of the land plot of the comfortable school in Abay village also requires changes. The educational institution for 600 pupils will be erected by KDSM LLP. During the visit to the construction site, the Chairman of the Board together with the akim of Keles district determined the landing of the school and discussed the topic of access roads and car parks.

The issue of providing a comfortable school with roads from four sides is especially acute in the town of Sary-agash on Ospanova Street. The area of the future educational institution is located in the middle of high-density buildings. Nearby plots should be withdrawn for state needs, local executive bodies have conducted an assessment, determined the necessary amount from 380 to 500 million tenge, which will be requested from the republican budget due to the absence in the regional budget. Also Akim of the district needs to check some objects for squatting of territory and take measures to ensure one-way traffic to avoid congestion. It is important to carry out this work as soon as possible. It should be noted that the capacity of the comfortable school was increased from 300 to 600 places and it will be built by "A-SPECSTROY" LLP on the territory of the old school, which served for about 70 years. The object was demolished, the task for today is to finish earthworks and start construction of the foundation.

After Maulen Aimanbetov toured 3 construction sites in Saryagash district of Turkestan region, the contractor of which is A.R.T.-Kurylys LLP. All comfortable schools are designed for 900 pupils. One of the educational institutions will be built by the company in Derbisek village, the works on the site are going according to the schedule.

But in Telemunara village the allotted land plot does not meet the requirements. The Chairman of the Board and Akim of Saryagash district decided to revise the territory. The land plot should be chosen with rectangular shape, allowing to carry out improvement works, build roads on four sides.

In Zhaskeshu village, Maulen Aimanbetov, Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC, drew the attention of local executive bodies to the issue of safety. The territory of the future comfortable school should be fenced with an internal secondary road, as a canal flows nearby. Also, the district Akimat undertook to provide for the construction of a pedestrian bridge and two car bridges, the traffic on which will be one-way to avoid congestion.

In total, a record number of comfortable schools will be built in Turkestan Oblast over the 3 years of the national project implementation. 63 educational institutions of new format for 49 thousand pupils in one shift will significantly reduce the shortage of places in educational institutions. 29 modern schools will start their work already in the next academic year.

The working week will continue with a visit to the construction of a power plant based on a combined cycle gas turbine with a capacity of 1000 MW in the Turkestan region. Then the Chairman of the Board will continue his visits to the construction sites of comfortable schools in Tolebi, Baidibek, Sozak and Sauran districts and Turkestan city.
