Contractors of 198 comfortable schools have been signed with the contractors
A total of 369 secondary education facilities will be built by the end of 2025 as part of the pilot national project "Comfortable School".
Under the order of Samruk-Kazyna Construction, 208 schools will be commissioned in 2024 and the remaining 151 in 2025.
10 schools will be realised by local executive bodies, of which 1 school by PPP method and 9 schools by buying out the finished facility as a commodity.
As of 2 October 2023, EPC contracts between Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC and contractors (consortium leaders) have been signed for 198 comfort schools.
Contractors of 2 comfort schools will be determined by special method.
Tenders for design and turnkey construction were re-announced for 8 schools, the results of which will be summarised by the end of October.
