Fifth notice and last chance: Maulen Aimanbetov reprimanded Sheberbuild LLP managers
This is the third meeting with the management of Sheberbuild LLP, which won the open tender for the construction of five comfortable schools in Almaty region. The schools are expected to open their doors next academic year. The company received the land plots 2-3 months ago, but the relevant works have not been carried out during this period.
For example, in Satay village of Yenbekshikazakh district only 8 people are involved in preparation for construction. They have completed 28 per cent of earthworks. There is no possibility to track the whole process by cameras. The contractor organisation has not yet provided the site with the system.
A similar situation was observed in Tonkeris village of Talgar District, where an educational institution for 600 students will be built. The excavation is 70% ready, but the installed cameras are not connected to the network. The explanation for this is the lack of temporary power supply. The way out of this situation is very simple, noted Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov, - it is necessary to install a small generator. The work should be done as soon as possible.
At the construction site of Zhalkamys village there are video surveillance cameras and they are working. But the very picture on the land plot is very sad. In spite of the working day, the equipment is standing, and there are no people at all. Hence the low indicators - the land works are completed by 35%. Unsatisfactory pace of preparation for construction is also noted on the territory of Koktal Comfort School of Talgar district.
The contractors blamed the designers for the slow pace of work. According to them, "Arkhi Prosto" LLP could not decide on the planting in Satay village, and "Ardis" LLP delayed the process of construction in Tonkeris and Zhalkamys villages.
The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction made a big remark to the contracting organisation on the culture of construction. Maulen Aimanbetov instructed to bring the site in compliance, mobilise equipment, organise two-shift work in 7 days. It is also necessary to provide a detailed schedule of works by the end of the day. Reconciliation of hours will be in exactly one week. By the way, this is the fifth notice to Sheberbuild LLP. The sixth letter sent to the contractors will be about unilateral termination of the contract.
The situation regarding the construction of a comfortable school for 900 children in Karasu village of Iliyskiy district of Almaty region is not simple. There is a need for an educational institution in the locality, but there is no land plot for its construction. The territory allocated by the Akimat is located on a fault. As it is known, construction on tectonic plates is prohibited, therefore local executive bodies should find a new plot. Otherwise, the tender for construction will be cancelled.
