In the southern capital, the Chairman of the Management Board held a meeting with contractors and design organizations of Comfort Schools. Representatives of four construction companies reported on the current situation at the sites. Dial-Stroy LLP is pleased with the pace of work. The contractor is erecting an educational institution for 600 seats in microdistrict No. 1 on the territory of the old school, which was smaller in capacity and its condition was emergency. That's why they decided to demolish the object and build a new one within the framework of the National Project. The educational institution will open its doors on September 1.

"The object consists of 9 blocks, today we have finished 5 blocks, in March we will complete the remaining 4 blocks. At the same time we are starting the interior finishing. We work in two shifts, and with the onset of spring we will switch to a three-shift schedule," said Mr. Gabit Mamatraimov, General Director of Dial-Stroy LLP.

3 comfortable schools for 2000 places are being built by BI Urban Construction LLP. Of them, the issue of access roads, namely their absence, has arisen on the object in Terekti microdistrict. Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov instructed to invite representatives of local executive bodies to tomorrow's meeting.

"Consortium leaders need to work out the issue of access roads, parking pockets, crosswalk, storm sewers. Draw a detailed diagram of how they should be located. Tomorrow in the working order we will discuss the issue with the relevant departments and decide", - said the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction.

The contractor also has a question about the comfortable school for 2000 seats in Samgau microdistrict. The necessary territory has not been cut yet. The site belongs to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. There is an understanding between the parties, it is necessary to work out bureaucratic moments, regional representatives commented.

Bazis A-corp. and Bazis Construction LLP are responsible for the construction of the majority, namely 9 schools. One of the educational institutions is located in Kuramys microdistrict, for which transformer substation and block-modular boiler house should be built by local executive bodies. The work is delayed by the Akimat due to the "loaded" engineering networks and lack of free channels. It threatens that the school can be built and handed over, but without engineering networks. The Chairman of the Board intends to solve the acute problem immediately together with representatives of MIO.

Maulen Aimanbetov also instructed contracting organizations to accelerate the pace of construction works. Especially this remark concerns the school with a capacity of 1500 pupils in Akbulak microdistrict. It is being built in place of the demolished school. In the meantime, schoolchildren are forced to study in other educational institutions. Therefore, it is extremely important to deliver the facility before September 1.

Within the framework of the national project, 2 schools for 2500 seats are being built in Almaty city. One of them will appear at 9 Egizbaeva Street. The flow of both students and parents by cars will be large. However, the road is not designed for such a load. "With MIO, in particular with the Almaty City Roads Department, we need to solve the issue of widening the street. Movement around the school should be made circular or through. Otherwise tomorrow big traffic jams will not be avoided", - noted Maulen Aimanbetov.

As for the 2,500-seat school in the Shugyla neighborhood, it is being built in two shifts. Recently, local residents have started to complain about the night work. The regional representative was instructed to organize a meeting together with the MIO and explain to the residents the importance of the project, as well as the current processes at the site.

The working trip of the Head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction to Almaty city will continue tomorrow. At 8 a.m. Chairman of the Board plans to visit the sites, where there are acute issues. After Maulen Aimanbetov will hold a meeting together with the Akimat of the metropolis to discuss and eliminate these problems.
