Contracts with irresponsible contractors will be terminated - Aimanbetov
16 февраля, находясь с рабочей поездкой в городе Алматы, председатель Правления Samruk-Kazyna Construction Маулен Айманбетов провел совещание с региональными представителями, подрядчиками и проектировщиками комфортных школ по Алматинской области. Обсудили ход строительства 26 школ, а также слабую мобилизацию и низкие темпы строительства ТОО «Құрылысшы ТБС», ТОО «SHEBERBUILD» и ПК «Альтаир».
Maulen Aimanbetov instructed to complete the maximum number of schools before the beginning of the school year, and also instructed to keep under special control the issue of construction quality. He made a final warning to "Kurylyshy TBS" LLP on the object in Almaly village, as well as to the design organization "Archipelag" LLP on the object in Karazhota village. If they do not catch up the pace and correct the situation, the contract with these companies will be terminated unilaterally.
In the afternoon Aimanbetov came to the regional center of Konaev city, where he had a personal meeting with the Akim of Almaty region Marat Sultangaziev. Then there was a meeting in the expanded structure with participation of the deputy akim of the region Nurzhan Kudaibergenov, akims of districts, heads of regional departments, as well as contractors and designers.
The discussion was about connecting external engineering networks to the construction sites of comfortable schools. As of today, contractors have been determined for 12 out of 26 sites and works on connecting engineering infrastructure have been started. Another 9 projects have received the conclusion of the state expert examination. Akimat assured that works on engineering networks will start in March and will be completed by August 1. For these purposes, 5.2 billion tenge has been allocated from the local budget .
They also discussed issues of allocation and redevelopment of land plots for schools planned for the next year. To date, the Akimat of Almaty region has transferred 10 land plots to Samruk-Kazyna Construction, 15 more are in the process of registration, and 2 have questions.
It was also decided to postpone the construction of a 900-seat school in Karasu village due to the fact that the allocated land plot is located on a tectonic plate fault, which is unsafe.
The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction urged to strictly adhere to the approved schedule of works. Lagging behind the schedule has an accumulative effect, eventually leading to the failure of commissioning deadlines. All suggestions and comments from the side of IIOE and contractors were taken into account.
As a result of the meeting, a joint protocol was drawn up, in which all the deadlines for the implementation of works and fulfillment of instructions were specified. In total, 53 comfortable schools will be built in Almaty region within the National Project in less than three years. In 2023, construction of 26 schools began, and in 2025, 27 more schools will be put into operation.
