Building comfortable schools: Samruk-Kazyna Construction is the first to implement E-Qurylys

Within the framework of realization of the national project "Comfortable School" Samruk-Kazyna Construction is the first to implement the information system "E-Qurylys" in the domestic construction industry. This was announced by the Chairman of the Board of the company Maulen Aimanbetov.
The system "E-Qurylys" allows to collect together and transfer into electronic format literally everything, including reports of the customer, contractors and technical supervision, maintenance of executive documentation and photo-fixation of completed works. This implies a complete rejection of paper-based document flow. Also, the innovation will minimize the risks of "informal relationships" and ensure transparency of construction.
"It is necessary to improve the system to the point of removing all paperwork and bureaucracy. In this system, corruption will be reduced to zero. We are the first to introduce "E-Qurylys" in the sphere of construction of facilities and it is great," Maulen Aimanbetov noted.
Since all actions are digitalized, deviations from the project, as well as acceptance of unfulfilled work, are not allowed. All certificates are automatically generated based on the logs filled in and the actions recorded.
At the meeting with representatives of the developer company, the Chairman of the Board set a number of specific tasks for the implementation of the E-Qurylys system and its integration with the Samruk-Kazyna Construction cross-platform:
✓ by the end of March to finish all works on implementation of the information system and start full-fledged work in it;
✓ during the week on the ZOOM platform to hold training seminars for all regional representatives of Samruk-Kazyna Construction, employees of the central office, contractors, experts of author's and technical supervision, as well as other specialists involved in the process of school construction.
✓ ensure integration of "E-Qurylys" with the electronic cross-platform;
✓ in order to avoid deliberate delaying of the procedures for signing acts of completed works and other executive documentation, the information system should include a "timer" for experts of author's and technical supervision.
It is also necessary to amend the relevant regulations so that electronic documents that are filled out directly in "E-Qurylys" are legally equal to paper documents. This will not only reduce bureaucracy, but will also allow fiscal and supervisory authorities to conduct inspections in the system itself without the need to provide paper documentation.
