The first comfortable school is planned to be commissioned in Almaty in July
On Saturday, May 18, Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction Maulen Aimanbetov familiarized himself with the progress of construction of school No. 97 in Almaty.
This will be the first facility built and commissioned under the pilot national project "Comfortable School". The educational institution is designed for 600 pupils. Having examined each classroom and corner, the Chairman of the Board advised to make a few changes in the design of the gym.
The Board also instructed to adjust the general plan of the school in order to separate the streams of primary, secondary and tertiary students. As it was announced earlier, the commissioning of the new comfortable school is scheduled for July this year. Now the work is being carried out in an intensified mode.
Later, Maulen Aimanbetov held an extended meeting with all general contractors of comfortable schools being built by order of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC in the southern capital. On the agenda were put the issues of providing facilities with engineering infrastructure.
In Almaty, contractors of comfortable schools were entrusted with external engineering infrastructure. Therefore, each company was instructed to draw up a roadmap for their laying.
"Infrastructure issues such as water, heat, electricity supply must be fully resolved before the school is commissioned. If necessary, we will solve all arising problems together with representatives of local executive bodies. Therefore, there should be no problems", - noted the Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction Maulen Aimanbetov.
At the meeting they also discussed the issues of passing the design and construction documents by the state expertise. Heads of consortiums and design organizations were instructed to correct all motivated comments from RSE "Gosexpertiza" as soon as possible.
