Problematic issues of implementation of "E-Qurylys" within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School" are discussed within the walls of Samruk-Kazyna Construction
The central office of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC holds daily meetings to discuss and solve problematic issues regarding the implementation of the E-Qurylys system. They are attended by the Chairman of the Board, heads of divisions, regional representatives and the central office of SKCN, representatives of the developer, design and contracting organizations, experts of author's and technical supervision.
During the meetings, those who work directly with the information system openly talk about the problems they encountered while filling out forms and uploading materials. All questions are answered comprehensively, and the company-developer assures to correct all deficiencies in the near future.
Let us remind you that on May 13, 2024 the first electronic act of completed works was signed in the information system "E-Qurylys" integrated with the cross-platform "Bitrix". Thus, all documentation on the construction of comfortable schools has been transferred to the electronic format.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the implementation process of the information system "E-Qurylys", more precisely its integration with electronic cross-platform "Bitrix", more than 20 meetings have been held, including with the participation of the management of Samruk-Kazyna Construction. Moreover, since February, daily training seminars were held for all interested employees.
During the whole period of discussions and training more than 100 questions were received regarding the work of the information system, most of which have been completely solved to date. 6 questions are being worked out by the development company.
As representatives of construction companies reported, thanks to the coordinated work of the customer and the developer and timely processing of all comments from users, the functionality of the information system "E-Qurylys" has significantly expanded, and the site itself has become clear and easy to fill out and download.
In the construction sector Samruk-Kazyna Construction is the first in the country to switch to the "E-Qurylys" system, in which all processes are digitized. Therefore, deviations from the project, acceptance of unfulfilled works are not allowed. Acts are automatically generated on the basis of completed work logs, hidden work acts, photo materials and other important documents recorded in the system. This minimizes the risks of corruption, "informal relationships" and ensures transparency of construction.
