First Deputy Prime Minister inspected the construction of comfortable schools
On 28 July, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Roman Sklyar, Akim of Astana Zhenis Kasymbek and Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC Maulen Aimanbetov got acquainted with the construction of comfortable schools in the capital.
They visited educational facilities under construction along Orynbor, Mәңгіlіk el, Tole bi streets, in Koktal microdistrict and near Highvill Residential Complex. To date, works on facing the external facade of the schools, laying of electricity, heating, water supply, sewerage and ventilation systems, internal finishing and landscaping are being actively carried out. Construction of objects goes on schedule.
JSC ‘Samruk-Kazyna Construction’ has completely transferred all documentation on the national project into electronic format. First Deputy Prime Minister was informed that the portal ‘E-Qurylys’ works perfectly. Contractors need to show maximum enthusiasm and learn to work in the system as soon as possible.
Roman Sklyar noted that the government will provide maximum support for the qualitative and timely implementation of the national project. The project is under the personal control of the President and Prime Minister.
Pilot national project ‘Comfortable School’ is being implemented in accordance with a direct order of President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev. On the whole in Kazakhstan for 2023-2025 within the framework of the national project it is planned to build 369 schools. Thanks to this, about 740 thousand new pupil places will be created, the issues of three-shift education, deficit of pupil places and emergency schools will be solved.
As part of the first phase of the national project, 22 schools are under construction in the city of Astana.
