The third comfortable school was commissioned in Almaty region
Yesterday in Dolan village, Karasai district, Almaty region, another new school for 1,200 pupils equipped with modern technologies was put into operation. This was the third school built in the region within the framework of the national project ‘Comfortable School’.
The official opening ceremony was attended by Marat Sultangaziev, akim of the region, who arrived in the district on a working visit. He congratulated local residents on the opening of the new school and expressed his wishes.
The new modern comfortable school has a functional and safe educational environment for children. Separate blocks are provided for primary and high school students. There is also a barrier-free environment for children with special educational needs, modern subject rooms, STEM-labs, robotics classrooms, a choreography room, 4 sports halls, co-working and recreation areas, playgrounds and sports grounds. Special attention has been paid to security measures: digital video cameras and turnstiles have been installed.
In addition, the head of the region familiarised himself with the construction works of BMG Holding plant for the production of construction materials in Sauynshy village and Imagine Apple Logostics logistics complex in Kokozek village. These production enterprises are being implemented within the framework of attracting investments, the press service of the regional akimat reports.
The pilot national project ‘Comfortable School’ in the sphere of education is implemented by direct order of the President of RK Kasym-Jomart Tokayev. Samruk- KazynaConstruction JSC is a single directorate responsible for the construction of schools.
