National project "Comfortable School": acceptance of competitive applications for 185 schools has been completed
On March 31, 2023, at 18.30 (Astana time), Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC completed accepting applications for the purchase of complex turnkey design and construction works as part of the implementation of the Comfortable School national project.
The work of a commission of 45 people has begun, including 13 members of the competition commission, 21 members of the expert commission and 11 observers. The list of 11 members of the observers included representatives of NCE "Atameken", public councils of the MP RK and JSC "Samruk-Kazyna", as well as local executive bodies (Astana, Karaganda region, Akmola region).
Recall that on March 7, 2023, a competition was announced for 185 schools, the construction of which is scheduled for 2023. Applications from contractors were accepted electronically on the skcn.qaz.network online platform. During the period from March 7 to March 31, the announcement of the competition was viewed more than 70,000 times, 1632 calls were received with various questions.
After the completion of accepting applications from potential suppliers for participation in the tender, the web portal generated an opening protocol indicating the name of the company and the date and time of filing the application.
SK Construction announced 20 competitions within 185 schools in 17 regions and 3 cities of republican significance. In particular, Turkestan region (28), Almaty region (24), Astana city (15), Almaty city (13), Mangistau region (11), Shymkent city (10), Aktobe region (10), Kyzylorda region (10) , Atyrau region (9), Karaganda region (9), Akmola region (9), Zhambyl region (8), West Kazakhstan region (7), Kostanay region (6), Abai region (5), East Kazakhstan region ( 5), Zhetysu region (2), Pavlodar region (2), North Kazakhstan region (1), Ulytau region (1).
774 applications were submitted from 205 potential suppliers.
The largest number of applications was submitted to the Turkestan region - 159 applications from 49 participants and to the Almaty region - 110 applications from 34 participants.
The least activity is in the North Kazakhstan region 4 participants, East Kazakhstan region and Zhetysu region 5 participants each.
We remind you that the tender commission carries out a preliminary consideration of the competitive bids of potential suppliers within a period not exceeding 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of opening the bids, that is, until April 21, 2023.
In total, within the framework of the national project, it is planned to build 401 schools of a new format throughout Kazakhstan.
In 2023, SK Construction plans to start construction of 217 of them:
185 objects announced a competition;
32 schools are in the process of allocating land plots to local authorities and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In addition, within the framework of the Comfortable School national project, 9 schools will be built according to the second mechanism. Redemption of the constructed facilities of secondary education organizations as goods from their owners in the manner prescribed by the Rules for the Acquisition of Goods by LEAs.
