Chairman of the Board held a meeting with SK Construction representatives in the regions
On April 4, 2023, a meeting was held on the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School", in which representatives of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC in 20 regions took part in an online format.
During the meeting, each representative reported on the interim results of the work done. Maulen Aimanbetov was informed about the status of re-registration of land plots of the 1st stage (185 plots) and 2nd stage (32 plots) of the current year. So, out of 185 plots, land cadastral plans for 115 plots were received. Resolutions of akims were signed for 119 polling stations, of which 21 polling stations were registered with the justice authorities. 98 plots are ready for registration after payment to NJSC "State Corporation" "Government for Citizens".
The issues of obtaining temporary technical conditions for the period of construction of schools are considered in detail. The work on obtaining architectural and planning tasks and permanent technical conditions (electricity, heat, gas and water supply, sewer networks, fiber-optic lines) for the period of school operation was comprehensively analyzed.
Also on the agenda of the meeting was raised the issue of the upcoming work on visiting furniture factories in the regions.
In turn, the regional representatives voiced a number of proposals in order to improve operational processes.
As a result of the meeting, all the issues raised were taken under the personal control of the Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC, and an instruction was given to report on a daily basis the status of registration of land plots, the issuance of architectural and planning assignments and technical conditions.
