On Sunday, July 23, Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction Maulen Aimanbetov and Director of the Department for the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School" Yerbol Akhmetov visited a travertine plant in the city of Shymkent. The leaders of the national project got acquainted in detail with the process of stone processing and the production of slabs, and also discussed with the management of the plant the issues of product quality, possible production volumes - to make sure that the high and strict standards and deadlines of the national project are met.
The enterprise, located in the Ontustik industrial zone, is capable of producing 1,000 square meters of material per day. The capacity of the plant is sufficient to fully and timely provide schools in the region with facing materials during the construction process.
In general, modern, inexpensive, but high-quality materials will be used when facing the facades of schools. This will allow achieving the necessary balance in terms of quality, safety and modern appearance, with the optimal use of the national project budget.
