Working trips of the Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction to the regions continue. Maulen Aimanbetov intends to visit all regions of the country in order to personally check the progress of preparations for the construction of educational institutions within the framework of the Comfortable School national project. A total of 369 schools are planned to be built in 2.5 years. This year, construction of 207 objects will begin at the same time. Of course, it is impossible and unnecessary to bypass all these construction sites at once. The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction visits only those areas where there are problematic issues in order to quickly resolve them on the spot. And here the distance does not matter.

This time Aimanbetov headed to the West of Kazakhstan. On Friday I visited Aktobe region, on Saturday - WKO, and on Sunday - Atyrau.

“Samruk-Kazyna Construction has been appointed by the unified directorate for the construction of comfortable schools. During working trips, many issues are resolved locally, I have the opportunity to bring problems to the regional akim so that he pays attention to them. Now I have no days off, I also refused the planned vacation. My position is that in order to build all schools with high quality and deliver them on time, total control is needed,” the Chairman of the Board notes.

For example, in the Atyrau region, Maulen Aimanbetov went by car to the Kurmangazinsky district, which is 270 kilometers from the regional center. The path was long and difficult: somewhere the road is being repaired, somewhere it is completely absent. The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction was met by Akim of the Kurmangazy region Abat Zhangaliev, and together they went to the construction sites. In this area, construction of 2 educational institutions will begin this year within the framework of the national project.

One of the new modern and comfortable schools for 600 students will be built in the Akkol village with a population of 8,000 people. The local construction company LLP "Kaspiy Kurylys LTD" has been selected as the contractor. The problem is that the location of the educational institution has not yet been fully determined. Local executive bodies initially allocated land based on the wishes and requests of local residents. However, this site is located in a swampy area. There is no such problem in the second section, but it is located on a hill and a little further from the settlement.

“The design department of SK Construction together with the district akimat will study and consider both options by Wednesday. As a result, we will choose the most optimal, based on safety, environmental friendliness and economy. After that, we will decide on the landing of the building,” Aimanbetov said during the inspection of the land.

The second school will be built in the regional center - the village of Kurmangazy. It is also designed for 600 children and will be built by the same company - Kaspiy Kurylys LTD LLP. There are no problems on the site, preparations for construction are in full swing. However, Aimanbetov once again turned to representatives of local executive bodies, the design organization and the general contractor with a demand to ensure free access to future educational institutions from all four sides.

“Schools must live up to their name. Each educational institution should be as comfortable as possible, not only inside, but also outside. The entrance must be free so that children can get to school on their own and safely,” the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction emphasized.

The Comfortable School project is designed to give parents confidence that their children are in a safe and secure educational environment, where they are provided with all the necessary conditions for learning and development. This is a thoughtful design project that takes into account the needs of children, high-quality materials, reliable infrastructure, a modern monitoring system and a protected area.

In total, as part of the pilot national project “Comfortable School”, 12 new, comfortable and modern secondary education facilities will be built in the Atyrau region, 9 of which will open their doors by the end of 2024. The construction of the remaining 3 schools will begin next year, and commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2025. Successful implementation of the national project will create 12.4 thousand new student places throughout the region.

Maulen Aimanbetov's voyage to the west of the country to solve the problematic issues of the implementation of the national project has not yet been completed. In Atyrau region, on Monday, the Chairman of the Board will visit construction sites in the city of Kulsary and the village of Saryozek, as well as in the regional center - the city of Atyrau, where a meeting with the oblast akim Serik Shapkenov is scheduled for the end of the day. And on Tuesday, the head of SK Construction will go to the Mangistau region by air.
