On Monday at eight in the morning, the Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction left Atyrau for the city of Kulsary, covering about 230 kilometers by car. In the city of oil workers, with a population of 64 thousand people, a comfortable school for 1,200 students will be built (2,400 children will be able to study in two shifts). The construction company "Caspian Personnel Association" was determined as the general contractor. Maulen Aimanbetov got acquainted with the project of the future school and examined the site, which is problematic.
The fact is that the territory allocated for construction is located in a lowland of 3 meters. But the problem was solved on the spot: based on the results of the inspection, it was decided to move the site by 100 meters towards the road.
In the near future, the department of architecture and urban planning of the city of Kulsary will prepare the relevant documents and begin registration of the land plot. It is also necessary to make changes to the project of a detailed layout of the area. Maulen Aimanbetov instructed the contractor to immediately begin preparatory work for construction after passing all the procedures.
At the end of his working trip to the Atyrau region, Aimanbetov met with the head of the region, Serik Shapkenov. In a personal conversation, the head of SK Construction spoke about the resolved and required solutions to problematic issues, such as the timely laying of utilities, the creation of a regional commission for the selection of furniture, the purchase of local materials and goods, and others. After the discussion, the regional akim promised full support and strict control on his part in the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School".
