Akim of Almaty was informed about the problems that arose during the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School"
On August 15, a large meeting was held in the akimat of Almaty under the chairmanship of the akim of the metropolis Yerbolat Dosaev with the participation of akims of districts and heads of departments. At the meeting, the Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" Amangeldy Sattarov spoke in detail about the problems that arose during the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School" in the southern capital.
In particular, the issues of the seizure and registration of some land plots have not been resolved, work is being delayed on the removal of networks, the demolition of existing buildings and the cutting down of green spaces. According to Sattarov, these and other unresolved issues hinder the process of preparing land plots for the construction of comfortable schools. The identified problems at the meeting with the mayor of the city were not only discussed, but also developed ways and mechanisms for their solution.
As a result of the meeting, Mayor of the city Yerbolat Dosaev gave a number of instructions. The Almaty City Construction Department was instructed to complete the demolition of existing buildings and registration of land plots by September 1. The Department of Land Relations of the metropolis to speed up the procedures for the withdrawal of land for state needs, where it is necessary to provide for additional addition to the territories of comfortable schools. The Department of Ecology and Environment must cut down the green spaces on the remaining land plots within two weeks. By September 1, the Department of Energy and Water Supply of Almaty was entrusted to complete the measures for the removal of engineering networks.
Dosaev also instructed to complete the allocation of land by September 1 and work out the design and construction of access roads, install lighting on nearby streets and parking lots for comfortable schools, and take measures to bring fiber optic lines.
On the same day, Samruk-Kazyna Construction Deputy Chairman Amangeldy Sattarov held a meeting with consortium leaders and representatives of design organizations involved in the process of designing and building comfortable schools in Almaty. Contracting organizations have been given specific tasks to accelerate the design of comfortable schools and start earthworks.
