With a proposal to build a school for 1200 seats in Turkey, Kazakhstan Agency for International Development "KazAID" in talks with the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" Maulen Aimanbetov.

According to the head of "KazAID" Arken Arystanov, on 16 March this year at the extraordinary summit of the Organisation of Turkic States in Ankara, Kasym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to build a modern educational institution in Turkey by 2025. The social facility will be built in one of the regions affected by earthquakes as support and assistance from the people of Kazakhstan. The operator of the project is determined by the Kazakhstani Agency for International Development, and financing is entrusted to Samruk-Kazyna National Welfare Fund

During the talks, Arystanov noted that Samruk-Kazyna Construction is implementing a large-scale pilot national project "Comfortable School", under which it is planned to build 369 modern educational institutions across the country in 3 years, and offered as a general contractor to apply this experience in the construction of a school in the brotherly state.

In turn, the head of SK Construction expressed his gratitude for the high trust and expressed readiness to assist in the implementation of such an important project. In the near future, KazAID and Samruk-Kazyna Construction will start developing a relevant roadmap.
