It is necessary to mobilise the forces of contractors: the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC visited problem areas in Almaty region
Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC Maulen Aimanbetov travelled to Almaty region, where he also visited construction sites of future comfortable schools.
Kurylyshy-TBS LLP won the open tender for construction of 8 comfortable schools in Almaty region. The company will build 2 educational institutions in Yenbekshikazakh district - in the villages of Aschysay and Almaly. The schools are designed for 600 pupils each. The pace of work of the contracting organisation is not satisfactory, the preparation for construction is too slow. The land plots in these settlements require cutting to ensure a rectangular configuration of the territory.
Sheberbuild LLP is building a school for 900 children in Satay village of Yenbekshikazakh district. The issue is with access roads, which should be provided on four sides of the comfortable school. There are three land plots where a residential house is located and the district Akimat needs to buy out the necessary plots and dismantle the existing structure.
To implement the national project in Koktal village of Talgar district, the land plot does not meet the requirements and the district Akimat was given a recommendation to change the location. The territory should be rectangular, allowing to erect an educational institution for 600 seats with access roads on four sides. The land plot of the future comfortable school in Zhanalyk village requires expansion for the construction of auxiliary facilities.
Two more educational institutions in Talgar district will be built by "Kurylyshy-TBS" LLP and "Exclusive construction". One of them for 900 pupils will appear in Kyzyltu. For this purpose the akimat of Talgar district needs to release the relevant land plots by withdrawing 7 houses. A modern school of new format for 1500 places will be built for pupils in Tuzdybastau village. The work on the construction site should be accelerated, local executive bodies need to provide the future educational institution with access roads from four sides.
Maulen Aimanbetov once again noted that for the successful implementation of the "Comfortable School" project it is very important to use every square metre to its advantage.
Within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School" 53 educational institutions for 54.6 thousand pupils will be built in Almaty region. As early as next year, 25 comfortable schools will open their doors.
