Head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction held a meeting with Akim of Almaty region
On 21 September in the town of Konaev, Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov and the head of the region Marat Sultangaziev discussed the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School" in the region.
The issues of expansion (additional addition) of land plots limited in area by withdrawal and annexation of neighbouring plots were raised. This is necessary for the land plots to have a regular, rectangular shape, which will make it possible to fit sports grounds, play areas, and small architectural forms into the territory of schools. After all, comfortable schools should meet high standards of convenience and practicality.
The meeting also discussed the important issue of timely design and construction of engineering networks and access roads to schools to ensure free access from four sides.
"There is full understanding on the part of the Akim of the region and his office. We are ready to work together to ensure that our children study in modern, cosy and, most importantly, quality schools. Marat Yeleusizovich assured that he will provide support in solving problematic issues that we faced during the implementation of the first phase of the national project," Maulen Aimanbetov said on his personal Instagram page.
In addition to the national project, the issue of completion of construction and prospects for commissioning of a new residential complex "Sun City" in the city of Konaev, where "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" has invested funds as part of its investment activity, was discussed. Maulen Aimanbetov reported to the head of the region on the progress of the project. Next month 360 flats are planned to be commissioned. As Konaev is a new centre of Almaty region, the population of the city is increasing and will continue to grow in the future. This investment project will assist in providing the citizens with quality and affordable housing.
As part of the working trip, the Chairman of the Board held a meeting in the construction department of Almaty region, where representatives of the departments of land relations, architecture and town-planning also took part. Problematic issues and ways of their solution were discussed in detail. The parties outlined joint tasks.
In total, 53 comfortable schools will be built in Almaty region within the framework of the national project in less than three years. "Samruk-Kazyna Construction", being the Directorate for targeted construction of the National Project, will start construction of 25 schools in 2023, and in 2024 will start construction of 28 more schools.
It should be noted that the Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction has been on a working trip to the regions since the beginning of the week. After meeting with Akim of Almaty region Maulen Aimanbetov went to Zhambyl region. A meeting with the head of the region Yerbol Karashukeyev is scheduled for tomorrow.
