Hardware meeting was held in Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC
2 October this year at 8:00 a.m. Head of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" Maulen Aimanbetov held an office meeting.
During the meeting heard reports of deputy chairman of the Board and heads of structural divisions on investment activities of the Company, organisation of personnel and information and image work and ensuring executive discipline.
The meeting participants discussed the preparation for the opening of the MetalFormer plant. The enterprise for the production of roofing and cladding materials will start its production in the near future and will produce up to 75 thousand m² of fibre cement panels based on wood.
Investment activities through the construction of apartment complexes, including within the framework of renovation programmes, was another issue on the agenda. The Chairman of the Management Board inspected the schedule of works on the construction of multi-storey buildings, also instructed to implement a set of measures in the following areas: operation of residential and commercial premises, current financial activities of the Company, etc.
Also at the meeting organisational issues on construction of a school for 1200 seats in Turkey were considered. It should be reminded that an educational institution of comfortable schools type is planned to be erected in one of the regions of the brotherly state, affected by earthquakes as support and assistance from the people of Kazakhstan.
At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board of the Company emphasised that all the issues voiced will be under special control and will be included in the register of protocol instructions of the Company.
Then at 9:00 a.m. Maulen Aimanbetov held a meeting with the Directorate for the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School" and summarised the results of his working trip to the regions. During the last two weeks the Chairman of the Board travelled to 8 regions and 2 cities of Kazakhstan, visited dozens of construction sites, identified problematic issues, solutions to which he discussed with representatives of local executive bodies.
At the meeting the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction criticised the work of slow contractors, as well as regional representatives of the company. There is a delay from schedules on several sites, and all because there is no proper control over the preparation for the construction of educational institutions. If the trend continues, we will have to part with both developers and specialists in the field.
Maulen Aimanbetov plans to hold a meeting with each regional representative separately in ZOOM format today from 15:00 hours for detailed consideration of acute issues and ways of their solution.
