In Ust-Kamenogorsk city 3 modern educational institutions of new type will appear in 2024. Maulen Aimanbetov visited these construction sites first of all during his working trip. Comfortable school for 600 seats in the 19th microdistrict is located in the mountainous area. The peculiarity of the territory may create inconveniences both during construction and operation. Head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction met with Akim of Ust-Kamenogorsk city Zhaksylyk Omar and heads of profile departments to discuss shifting the land plot downwards, closer to the road. There is such a possibility, but there is a question of mountain and underground water. Maulen Aimanbetov instructed the project organisation to thoroughly conduct geological surveys. Also, by tomorrow noon, together with the architect, local executive bodies and representatives of SK Construction, it is necessary to determine the planting of the comfort school.

Elkhon LLP will build another school for 600 children in one shift in the 19th micro-district. The Chairman of the Board drew the attention of the designers to the need for in-depth analysis of geology due to the location of spring springs. The work should be carried out as soon as possible in order not to delay the process of preparation for construction.

A comfortable 300-seat school will open its doors on Timofeeva Street. The allocated site of the school was cramped and did not fit the parameters, but the problem was solved quickly. Local executive bodies carried out work on purchase of 12 neighbouring plots. Now on this place the contractor AN Group LLP is preparing the excavation for the future school. During construction of the object special attention should be paid to waterproofing measures, as ground waters are located close to the soil of the land. The issue of electricity has been removed from the agenda. The issue of heating system is still on the agenda, the choice is between electric and gas boilers.

The next object of the visit was a construction site in the village of Belousovka, Glubokovsky District. A comfortable school for 300 children will appear on the territory of the old school, but the building was not completely demolished. Firm Asia LLP is working very slowly, the indicator is an unfinished excavation. Maulen Aimanbetov, head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction, gave a one-week deadline to correct the situation and speed up the pace of work. If the site is not revived, the contract with the contractor will be terminated unilaterally. The issue of removal of engineering networks remains topical. Local executive bodies are preparing a budget request for the Maslikhat session to allocate funds. However, the Akimat plans to carry out the works in May, because the villagers will have to be temporarily disconnected from heating and electricity.

Firm Asia LLP won the open tender for the construction of an educational facility in the village of Opytnoye, the conversation on which was short - due to a strong drop the territory should be replaced. The land plot has 4 different levels, the educational facility built here cannot fulfil the name "Comfortable School". Representatives of district Akimat, project company together with the director of administrative and financial department on implementation of the national project Yerbol Akhmetov will consider the issue of planting the object and shifting the site.
