Maulen Aimanbetov: Time is worth its weight in gold, and it passes, so speed up
On 10 October in the afternoon the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction held a meeting with representatives of Kurylyshy-TBS LLP. The agenda of the meeting was low performance of the contractor organisation. The company is involved in the construction of eight comfortable schools in Almaty region. Preparation for the construction of educational institutions on the sites is slow - excavation works are still not completed. The reason for this is irresponsibility of the designers, namely Constructiv-A LLP. The organisation is not in a hurry to do its job. The drawings are not ready, the landing is not determined. A "preventive conversation" is waiting for the designers.
As for "Kurylyshy-TBS" LLP, the Chairman of the Board instructed to correct the situation in a week. In 7 days, all CCTV cameras should be connected, works on the excavation and reinforced concrete foundations should be completed. It is also necessary to finish mobilisation of forces and equipment, put construction sites in order, provide all land plots with fibre-optic communication line.
"You have to pick up work at a fast pace, time is worth its weight in gold and it passes. You don't have to divide by blaming each other. There is no concept of "we" or "you". We should work together and united for the sake of a single goal - successful implementation of the pilot national project. We have been entrusted with a very important mission, so speed up," said Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov.
Also, the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction reminded about the need for a roadmap for the implementation of each comfortable school with terms and types of work. By the way, such an instruction was given to all contracting organisations.
