Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov visited the construction site of the Comfort School in Astana to determine planting

Most of them have not yet completed the excavation. Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov met with the contractors to detail the problematic issues and catch up the pace.
For the beginning of preparation for construction of the comfortable school, designed for 600 places, "NAK Construction" LLP needs to determine the landing. The designers failed to do this work. Maulen Aimanbetov went to the place after the meeting. The issue of planting was removed from the agenda. The contractor was instructed to develop a master plan of the future educational institution and submit it to Samruk-Kazyna Construction.
Kurylys LLP, who are involved in the construction of a 300-seat school in the village of Beskaragai in the Abay region, also have a full understanding. The company has already received a notification from SK Construction, they are working on mistakes: they have organised a two-shift schedule, developed a road map for the implementation of the national project, installed cameras. Tomorrow the video surveillance system will be connected to the network. At the meeting the problem of access roads to the comfortable school was solved. Due to the inconvenient location of the site, roads were provided only from three sides, which would lead to the intersection of the flows of primary and high schools. Therefore, Maulen Aimanbetov noted the need for access roads on four sides.
The pace of work is extremely unsatisfactory for SRB-L LLP, which at the end of August received a land plot in Ayagoz city for construction of a comfortable school for 600 children. The contractors have not started the land works, as the design organisation has only provided the results of geological surveys.
There are comments on the timing of works at the sites of Bazis Construction LLP. The company pledged to speed up by mobilising forces and equipment.
Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov drew the attention of all contractors to the two-shift working schedule, which should not interfere with local residents. All noisy works should be carried out during the day, and at night to focus on preparation. Also in the near future it is necessary to tidy up the construction sites, namely to make a slope so that rainwater does not accumulate, to fill in the site, to divide it into a red and green zone, to make a road for people and machinery passage.
The head of SK Construction reminded the construction companies of the main mission of the national project, which is the elimination of three-shift education and emergency schools. For the sake of the future of children who travel to the neighbouring village to get education, study in overcrowded or old educational institutions, it is important to build comfortable schools on time and with high quality.
