The Chairman of the Management Board gave this instruction to the regional representatives of the company. Over the weekend, Maulen Aimanbetov studied in detail the amount of work done at each site of the future educational institutions, and after 23:00 he checked the organisation of the two-shift schedule using cameras.
"The low level of construction culture, namely the lack of technical rooms, pavements and roads for heavy equipment, is striking. When the rainy season starts, it is these points that will cause a lot of trouble to the workers. Therefore, it is urgently necessary to fill the land plot with inert materials and concrete the roads if necessary. The territory should be cleaned in the near future, if there is rubbish take it to the landfill. Also prepare places for storage of construction materials," said the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction.
A large number of comments were voiced to Mangistau region. It is planned to build 21 comfortable schools in the region in 2023-2025, 13 of which will open next year. However, some contractors do not realise the responsibility imposed on them. Construction companies received land plots 2-3 months ago, but not all of them have completed the excavation. Low rates are also observed in providing FOCL. Maulen Aimanbetov invited contractors working in a measured mode to the meeting.
The location of cameras at polling stations leaves much to be desired in Shymkent, Ulytau and Turkestan oblasts. The video surveillance system covers fences, premises, entrance groups, but not the polling stations themselves. Maulen Aimanbetov reminded that 4 cameras should be installed around the perimeter of the excavation, and another one should be an overview of the whole territory.
Mobilisation of forces and equipment should be carried out at all educational institutions. The works should be carried out day and night without disturbing the local residents. The Chairman of the Board gave the contracting organisations exactly 7 days to execute the instructions. The same term for regional representatives, from which there is little control on the ground. Reconciliation of hours will take place in a week.
