Gul-Ana" Residential Complex was built under the programme of renovation of dilapidated housing. Samruk-Kazyna Construction invested in the construction of houses of the 3rd stage within the framework of investment activity. According to the contract with the developer (consortium leader KazSMU LLP), the company invested in the construction of 2 twelve-storey houses consisting of 184 flats with a living area of 9.7 thousand square metres. The houses were commissioned in finishing, which is one of the conditions for the implementation of the programme of renovation of dilapidated and emergency housing in Almaty.

In total, the three phases of Gul-Ana Residential Complex consist of 6 houses. These are 488 flats and commercial premises with a total area of 25.7 thousand square metres.

For the construction of a modern residential complex in the southern capital, 12 two-storey dilapidated houses were demolished. Their tenants received flats in this residential complex on a room-for-room basis, but with an increase in square metres.

The implementation of the programme is aimed at improving the living conditions of owners of dilapidated and emergency housing, and also contributes to the development and renewal of the country's housing stock, including in new regional centres. Earlier Samruk-Kazyna Construction signed 5 memorandums of co-operation with Akimats of Shymkent, Almaty, Aktobe, Zhezkazgan and Konaev cities.
