Active construction of low-rise apartment blocks is underway in Aksu city. A modern residential complex is planned to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2024. The project is unique and has no analogues in the region.

The object will be monolithic with the use of fixed formwork. It is made of expanded polystyrene foam, which perfectly preserves heat and does not let moisture in. Such a wall is not afraid of northern cold, cyclic temperature fluctuations and other unfavourable environmental impacts. The innovative technology is also easy to erect, which saves 15-20% of construction time. In addition, monolithic low-rise houses built using permanent formwork have increased sound insulation and resistance to vibrations, which creates a comfortable environment for residents.

The modern residential complex will not only add to the housing stock, but will also decorate the architectural appearance of the city. The project based on a new construction method is implemented by Karzhau Development LLP jointly with Samruk-Kazyna Construction. The company is building three three-storey houses, each of which is designed for 9, 18 and 27 flats. Construction of quality housing for the population of the country, as well as the development of the construction industry is one of the directions of work of the joint-stock company.
