21 comfortable schools: implementation of the national project in Mangistau region discussed at the meeting
On February 8, Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC met with Akim of Mangistau region. Maulen Aimanbetov and Nurlan Nogaev discussed topical issues on construction of 13 comfortable schools, as well as considered allocation of plots in the second stage of the national project for 8 more educational facilities.
In Mangistau region, 7 comfortable schools will open their doors on Knowledge Day this year. Another 6 educational institutions of new format within the framework of the national project are planned to be put into operation by the end of 2024. The first stage of the pilot will allow to create 12.6 thousand pupil places in one shift.
At the meeting there was a dialog between representatives of Samruk-Kazyna Construction headed by Maulen Aimanbetov, Akim of Mangistau region Nurlan Nogaev and consortium leaders. The progress of realization of 13 comfortable schools was considered in detail. The contractors have no questions both to the customer and local executive bodies: drawings have been received, schedules of passing the state expertise are available, work plans have been drawn up. Two construction companies are lagging behind: SK-A-Stroymontazh LLP and Alliance LTD LLP. This is caused by problems with the design organization and soil replacement at the site. To date, the issues have been resolved, Maulen Aimanbetov instructed the contractors to speed up.
During the discussion of topical issues from the head of the contracting organization responsible for the construction of a comfortable school for 1500 seats in the city of Aktau, there was a proposal on the choice of facing material for the facade. Initially, it was decided to use domestically produced goods, namely natural stone mined in the region. However, the chief director of "Ondasyn Construction" LLP proposed to replace it with a modern HPL panel. The head of the region supported the initiative of the builder and instructed to calculate the difference in money. The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction undertook to provide information on February 12, after which the issue of facing material will be put on the agenda.
As for the connection of engineering networks to comfortable schools no questions will arise, assured the akim of Mangistau region. Nurlan Nogaev keeps the necessary infrastructure on his personal control, as well as the allocation of land for the construction of 8 schools planned for 2024-2025.
"The plots should be spacious enough and with the possibility to provide access from four sides", - said the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction. This is one of the main criteria for future comfortable schools. Under these requirements do not fit 3 planned sites, the area of which is smaller than the corresponding one. The replacement of the territory is considered for the educational object for 300 places in Shetpe village. The issue of two educational institutions for pupils of Zhanaozen city representatives of MIO proposed to solve the problem in another way. The capacity of the school in the "Kenderli" microdistrict should be increased from 1200 to 1500, and the number of pupil places of the school in the "Shanyrak" microdistrict should be reduced from 1200 to 900.
Representatives of Samruk-Kazyna Construction and Akim of Mangistau region planned weekly online meetings, as well as meetings at the construction sites of comfortable schools to discuss and solve current issues in a timely manner.
