LLP "Ademi Holding" is a young company in the market of Kazakhstan, but has already managed to prove itself as a reliable builder. At the moment the company is building an apartment complex in the city of Kokshetau. The 12-storey object includes apartments, the total area of which is more than 8.5 thousand square meters, commercial premises, as well as 72 parking spaces inside the building. "The construction works are being carried out actively and according to the plan, the commissioning date is July this year," said Adilbek Makishev, General Director of Әdemi Holding LLP. The cost of the project is 2.6 billion tenge, of which 60% (1.58 billion tenge) was invested by Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC. After the successful implementation of the MLC, the company plans to continue cooperation with the Company and move on to the construction of new facilities.
Maulen Aimanbetov also met with representatives of TOO "UK Building", who are building a multifunctional residential complex consisting of 14 blocks in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The cost of the project is 5.3 billion tenge, of which 4.2 billion tenge (80%) was invested by Samruk-Kazyna Construction within the framework of investment activity. The construction of the facility is behind schedule by more than 2 months, Maulen Aimanbetov instructed to speed up and catch up the pace. The Chairman of the Board promised to help with the issue that the developer had with engineering networks, namely with the pressure of water supply to the house.
Construction of a 9-storey building in Taraz is underway with a delay from the planned terms - the object is ready exactly halfway. The founder of TOO "BAITEREK GROUP - 2022" explains this with weather conditions that did not allow to continue work, as well as the lack of qualified personnel to erect the monolithic frame of the building. Nurbek Abzhanov assured that he will mobilize the workforce and accelerate the pace as soon as possible. Otherwise, the conversation for the developer will be short, said Maulen Aimanbetov. If the situation does not improve in 2 weeks, Samruk-Kazyna Construction will terminate the contract with the construction company.
Marat Nakenov, the founder of Karzhau Development LLP, told about the progress of realization of the unique and unparalleled project in Pavlodar region. The apartment building will be monolithic with the use of fixed formwork. It is made of expanded polystyrene foam, which perfectly preserves heat and also does not let in moisture. Local residents are also interested in the first commercial project in Aksu city. However, after the new year, the pace of construction of the building fell, but this will not affect the deadline, assured the developer. The main materials have been purchased, there are no problems with engineering networks, and the house consists of only 3 floors. The construction process will be resumed this week.
The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction instructed those responsible to keep the construction progress under constant control and to organize a meeting in 2 weeks to reconcile the hours with the builders who are behind the schedule of production works.
