Digitalization of work, anti-crisis social program for housing construction and search for investors: the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction heard the report of the director of the Department of Investment Projects

Одним из первых о проделанной работе и намеченных на будущее планах рассказал директор департамента инвестиционных проектов Дамир Малдыбаев.
As a reminder, Samruk-Kazyna Construction invests in projects in three areas:
- construction of commercial residential complexes in regions and megacities of the country.
- demolition of old and emergency houses in exchange for the construction of modern residential complexes under the program of renovation of dilapidated housing.
- construction of factories for the purpose of import substitution. More specifically, investing in enterprises producing construction materials or equipment that are not manufactured in Kazakhstan.
For this purpose, the employees of the Department actively cooperate with local executive bodies, NPP "Atameken", Union of Builders of Kazakhstan and conduct explanatory work on the advantages of cooperation with the Company.
At the moment there are 2 investment projects at the stage of decision on financing. To improve work processes Damir Maldybaev proposed to automate the procedures of accounting of payments, accrued interest, reserves, etc. Also to make changes in the terms of cooperation with partners, namely to introduce a ban on the allocation of funds for companies with poor payment discipline during the year. Such an innovation should serve as an additional guarantee of saving money for the Company.
The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction supported the initiatives and gave a number of instructions. Maulen Aimanbetov drew the attention of the director of the department to the acute social housing issue in Kazakhstan. The company should help to solve this problem. The company has enough experience for this. It is necessary to develop a concept of anti-crisis social program on the example of "Nurly Zher", updating the conditions and process of implementation. Square meters should be affordable for the entire population of the country.
Also, the Chairman of the Board instructed to intensify the work on attracting partners in the implementation of investment projects. Samruk-Kazyna Construction annually allocates about 20 billion tenge for these purposes. The amount of investment for individual projects may be different, depending on its cost.
