Today the company serves 2 business centers in the capital, 34 residential complexes in 11 regions of the country, 400 commercial premises and more than 1200 parking spaces.

The department completed the past year successfully. For example, repair works were carried out in 24 residential complexes, including at the expense of:

  • Samruk-Kazyna Construction's own funds - 2
  • developer's funds - 3
  • association of property owners - 13
  • local executive bodies - 6.


85 audits on labor protection, fire safety and occupational health and safety were conducted at the company's facilities under maintenance and construction during the year.

"Active and fruitful joint work with local executive bodies and chairmen of LSIs in terms of maintenance of facilities is underway. In 2023, 169 letters were sent to them, 60 meetings were organized, about 40 joint inspections were conducted, ROV specialists took part in 26 meetings of house councils. All objects were timely prepared for the heating season", - said the head of the Department.

The plan is to increase the level of satisfaction with the quality of service to 85% in 2024, and to 100% in 2025. Also, the Asset Management Department intends to solve all current problems at all facilities and ensure full leasing of commercial premises.

The Chairman of the Board highly appreciated the work of the Department, noting the professionalism of Bakhyt Abdikalikova and her team of specialists. According to him, it is necessary to diligently continue the work on improving the quality of service of objects. In this regard, Maulen Aymenbetov gave a number of instructions, including:

  • to create its own web portal for realization of the company's assets;
  • together with the departments of rent monitoring and economic planning to conduct a full and in-depth analysis of government programs implemented by Samruk-Kazyna Construction and provide all data on the amounts of investments and revenues;
  • to carry out all necessary repairs and other works at the facilities serviced by the company in a timely and qualitative manner in order to increase the level of tenants' satisfaction with the quality of services provided.
