Having returned to the capital from a working trip to SKO the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction held a meeting on Akmola region on Monday morning. The meeting was attended by the central office of the company, the head of the construction department of the region and heads of contracting organizations. There are 5 of them in Akmola region: Bi Global LLP, Kazstroypodryad LLP, K.G.S. Sauda LLP, UK Stroy LLP, Integra Construction LLP.
During the meeting, the project manager of "K.G.S. Sauda" LLP (the company is building 3 comfortable schools in Akmola region) Zhanybek Galiaskarov stated that it is impossible to commission the schools by the beginning of the school year, appealing to weather conditions and other reasons. For example, he claims that it is impossible to install roofing in winter. In response, Aimanbetov said that there are companies in the country that produce various roofing materials using modern technologies, which can be installed in winter. Samruk-Kazyna Construction is actively meeting and negotiating with representatives of such plants.

"If a person sets himself the goal of completing the school by September 1, he will do it. If he is initially set the opposite, he will not be able to finish on time, he will find 100 reasons and excuses for it. Understand, children are waiting. They are happy that this school year they will go to a new comfortable school," Aimanbetov replied.

Maulen Aimanbetov urged contractors to speed up the pace of work to deliver the maximum number of schools by the beginning of the school year and make schoolchildren, their parents and teachers happy.

"Now it is necessary to work day and night. We are ready to assist you in every possible way," added the Chairman of the Board.

A few more important points from the meeting on the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School" in Akmola region:

• Design plans for schools in Kabanbai Batyr and Karazhar settlements are in the process of passing the state expertise. Aimanbetov instructed to immediately upload all completed projects to the portal of RSE "Gosexpertiza";
• maximum number of objects should be put into operation by the beginning of the school year. In Akmola region this year 9 comfortable schools are under construction, 5 of which can potentially be commissioned by September 1, 2024;
• Only linear panels will be used for facing the facades of comfortable schools in Akmola region. Negotiations with domestic producers of this material have been initiated.

Addressing the representatives of Akimat of Akmola region, who joined online from Kokshetau, the Chairman of the Board reminded about the importance of timely provision of schools with external engineering infrastructure. In this regard, amendments have been made to the law "On Education", according to which all purchases under the national project "Comfortable School" can be conducted from a single source. That is, the law on public procurement does not apply to the national project. Akim of oblast, city of republican significance, capital determines suppliers of works, services, concludes civil law contracts with them and registers them in the treasury bodies.

All furniture products should be coordinated with the education department of the region. It is necessary to already start forming the administration and staff of future schools to directly participate in decoration and equipping.

It is planned to build 18 comfortable schools in Akmola region. Until the end of this year will be put into operation 9 objects in the city of Kokshetau, villages Talapker, Koyandy, Karazhar, Karaotkel, Akmol and Kabanbai batyr.

On Monday evening, Chairman of the Board Maulen Aimanbetov will go by motor transport to Pavlodar region, and further to Semey - the regional center of Abay region to familiarize himself with the progress of the national project implementation in the regions.
