Roofing installation in frost is possible: Kazakhstani plant established production of chrysotile cement
Immediately after the meeting on Akmola region Maulen Aimanbetov received representatives of Semey Kurylys Materialdary LLP. The company is a domestic commodity producer and produces general construction, facing and roofing materials.
During the negotiations with the Chairman of the Board the management of "Semey Kurylys Materialdary" LLP showed interest in cooperation within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School". They offer to use in construction of objects a universal material called "chrysotile cement", which can be used for external finishing of walls, and also as a roofing material. Its main feature is that it can be installed at any time of the year and even in the cold -30 C. This is possible due to the absence of a wet process and the presence of interchangeable layers with a total thickness of 20 mm.
Semey Kurylys Materialdary LLP operates a plant in Semey with a production volume of up to 34 thousand tons and a turnover of $8.9 million. The company also cooperates with many Kazakhstani and foreign manufacturers and suppliers. Launch of production of chrysotile cement materials with capacity up to 200 thousand tons per month is planned within the next few months.
The head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC thanked the management of the Partnership for informative presentation and interest shown. Maulen Aimanbetov noted that in order to participate in the national project "Comfortable School" domestic commodity producer must provide all technical documentation with the cost and codes to JSC "KazNIISA" to enter the goods into the database, i.e. the directory of the ASSC. Materials, goods and equipment mainly from this list are laid down in the design plans of comfortable schools, so it is necessary to start the process of entering now.
It should be reminded that materials of Kazakhstan production will be used in construction of comfortable schools in order to support domestic enterprises. Samruk-Kazyna Construction actively meets and negotiates with representatives of domestic enterprises, producing quality construction, roofing and facing materials using new, modern technologies in large quantities and short terms.
