Samruk-Kazyna Construction put an end to the issue of participation of domestic commodity producers in the national project "Comfortable School"
On February 9, a regular meeting of representatives of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" and businessmen of the country was held.
On the agenda - the participation of domestic manufacturers in the pilot national project "Comfortable School".
As it was informed earlier, furniture for comfortable schools will be purchased exclusively from Kazakhstan commodity producers, which are included in the register of commodity producers of Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" and the register of domestic producers of SPE "Atameken". In addition, inert and most of the construction materials are used domestically produced. Thus, the share of TNA in the national project is 70%. However, the associations of furniture makers through representatives of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs have not yet provided the capacity of enterprises of our country, interested in participating in the construction and equipping of future educational institutions.
Also the head of the monitoring group of "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" Kuat Dzhilkibayev this week once again will hold a meeting with all associations and unions of domestic manufacturers. After receiving information on factories and their capacity to produce goods, representatives of Samruk-Kazyna Construction plan to visit each of them and familiarize themselves with the work.
However, as it turned out, not all entrepreneurs are not included in the architectural, urban planning and construction catalog (AHCC), which is formed in JSC "KazNIISA". Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" Amangeldy Sattarov drew attention that this is one of the main requirements for manufacturers and to participate in the project should be accelerated. Also businessmen need to have a certificate "ST-KZ" and/or industrial certificate, which confirm the status of a domestic manufacturer.
Mr. Murat Amrin, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Atameken, raised the issue of access to the design plans of comfortable schools, in order to track the goods and services for compliance with the requirements of the TNA. Amangeldy Sattarov assured that the indicator is obligatory checked by specialists of state expertise. At the time of execution, author's and technical supervision will be involved in the work.
