Maulen Aimanbetov met with the Akim of Ulytau region
On February 12, Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction received Akim of Ulytau region Berik Abdigaliuly. They discussed the progress of construction of a comfortable school for 300 students in Geologichesky microdistrict of Zhezkazgan city. The school should be completed before the beginning of the school year, but the pace of construction is slow, the contractor Nur Astana Kurylys LLP works in one shift and lags behind schedule.
As of today, the excavation has been completed, foundation belts and blocks have been partially assembled. Earlier works were suspended due to overestimation of the project cost. The basis of the design documentation has been uploaded to the portal of RSE "Gosexpertiza". It is planned to receive the conclusion in February.
Maulen Aimanbetov emphasized on timely connection of external engineering networks to the territories of comfortable schools. For this purpose, amendments have been made to the Law "On Education", which allow akims to determine contractors for the construction of networks from a single source, to conclude a contract with them with a GPH agreement with further registration in the treasury authorities. This will reduce bureaucracy and save valuable time.
Berik Abdigaliuly assured to take all issues under control and call on the head of the contracting organization to accelerate the pace of work.
A total of 6 comfortable schools are planned to be built in the Ұlytau region. In 2024, one school is being built in the Geological microdistrict, the remaining 5 educational institutions will be put into operation in 2025. At the moment the process of registration of land plots for Samruk-Kazyna Construction is underway. There is a preliminary planting of the future school on all 5 plots.
