"We will provide full assistance to contractors": working visit of Maulen Aimanbetov to Pavlodar region
Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction left Astana at night by car to Pavlodar region and from 8 a.m. started to drive around the sites of comfortable schools. In 2024, 2 schools for 600 and 1200 seats are expected to be commissioned in Pavlodar city. Also in the regional center there are plots allocated for construction of 3 more comfortable schools in 2025.
Maulen Aimanbetov visited all the sites together with the heads of the Department of Education, Energy and Construction of Pavlodar region.
He gave specific comments and instructions on the construction of school No. 47 for 600 seats with the state language of instruction. The contractor is "VentKarkaraServis" LLP. The Chairman of the Board instructed the design organization to issue drawings for the frame of the object next week and in 3 weeks to enter the state expertise, as it is an individual project. Local executive bodies continue to work on removal of water supply and sewerage networks from the school territory. Aimanbetov asked to speed up. The contractor is using the opportunity to purchase construction materials and equipment through escrow accounts.
Further, the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction inspected the progress of construction of a school for 1200 seats in the neighborhood "Dostyk", where the contractor is LLP firm "Ai-Su Reclamation". The project is in the process of passing the state expertise, but it has all drawings for full-fledged work. This developer has no questions on financing, as it has its own funds.
During the visit to the land plot in the "Zhastar" microdistrict they discussed the issue of filling the future comfortable school. Planting of the future comfortable school for 1200 seats in "Vostochny" microdistrict was also discussed
After the inspection of construction sites there was a meeting with the Akim of Pavlodar region Asayin Bayhanov, where the Chairman of the Board and representatives of all contracting organizations were personally present, also online the central office of Samruk-Kazyana Construction and designers.
At the meeting, Aimanbetov spoke about the reduction of the design capacity of several comfort schools, namely:
- Comfort school in "Zhastar" microdistrict from 1200 to 300 pupil places;
- comfortable school in "Usolsky" microdistrict from 1200 to 600 pupils.
The thing is that in these microdistricts there is no acute shortage of pupil places, so there is a question about their potential load. Moreover, the building plot is narrow. Now the relevant documents are being processed by the Government and the Ministry of Education.
At the end of the meeting, the contractor promised to complete the construction of the school in the Geologichesky microdistrict before the beginning of the school year. Aimanbetov and Bayhanov assured that all bona fide contractors will be assisted by both the MIO and Samruk-Kazyna Construction, which will allow to quickly and effectively resolve all issues.
