Replacement of gas holders with electric boilers in comfortable schools was proposed by the akim of East-Kazakhstan region

Maulen Aimanbetov familiarized with the progress of construction of two educational facilities for 600 seats, located in the 19th microdistrict of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The pace of work of contractors ELKHON LLP and AST Qurylys LLP is good, there are no delays. As Aimanbetov noted, the design and construction plans of these two schools are binding and at the stage of passing the state expertise. The main project, the design of the school for 600 seats in the city of Ridder, came out with a positive conclusion of the state expert examination on January 31.
Construction of 10 schools for 4200 places is planned in East Kazakhstan region in the period from 2023 to 2025. Delivery of 7 schools is planned for the current year, 6 of which will be put into operation before September 1.
A working meeting with participation of Maulen Aimanbetov and the head of the region Ermek Kosherbayev was held in the akimat of East-Kazakhstan region. During the discussion of engineering infrastructure, the akim raised a very important issue, saying about the need to replace gas holders with electric boilers in those schools where there is no central heating.
"We need to remove the gas holders. We don't have gas in our region. Besides, our temperatures are constantly low, and we will freeze the schools. This is a requirement of the situation," Kosherbayev said.
Despite the fact that the Government Decree on the implementation of the National Project does not provide for electric heat supply, the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction promised to solve the problem in working order with RSE "Gosexpertiza". As a result, the technical conditions of the schools will be amended accordingly. The problem was solved on site.
All suggestions and comments were taken into account, and their fulfillment will be under the personal control of the Chairman of the Board. In general, there are no acute problematic issues in the region on the national project, the issue with financing is not a problem. Samruk-Kazyna Construction offers 2 ways of advance payment of contractors: provision of bank guarantee or purchase of materials and equipment through escrow accounts.
After meeting with Akim of East-Kazakhstan region Maulen Aimanbetov at 15:00 flew to Almaty, where he plans to hold a meeting with the head of the southern capital Yerbolat Dosayev.
