A multifunctional residential complex is under construction in Ust-Kamenogorsk with the participation of Samruk-Kazyna Construction
BRICK TOWN" Residential Complex of "comfort+" class is located on Esenberlin Avenue. Its peculiarity is that public premises will be built into and attached to the building.
Delivery of the new modern residential complex is scheduled for June 2024. Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna Construction Maulen Aimanbetov familiarized himself with the situation at the construction site during his recent working trip to East Kazakhstan region.
Ustkamenogorsk residents are looking forward to the completion of construction, because there are 279 apartments in the complex. This means that the same number of families will receive keys and celebrate a housewarming this summer.
"BRICK TOWN" with a total area of more than 21.5 thousand m² will consist of 14 residential and 3 commercial blocks. The developer is the construction company "UK Building LTD".
Samruk-Kazyna Construction actively invests in the construction of modern housing projects, as it makes quality and inexpensive housing more accessible to our citizens.
The project, the total amount of which is 5.3 billion tenge, was realized with the participation of Samruk-Kazyna Construction. The company invested a little over 4.2 billion tenge (80%) in the construction of the housing estate as part of its investment activities.
Maulen Aimanbetov instructed to keep up with the schedule of works, organize work in several shifts and put the residential complex into operation in due time. According to him, future residents should receive quality apartments in time.
