Solution of problematic issues on Almaty city was discussed in akimat
Maulen Aimanbetov started his working day by visiting the construction site of a comfortable school for 1500 seats at the intersection of Rozybakieva-Levitan streets. The contractor organization is Bazis Construction LLP. The parties discussed the connection of engineering and communication infrastructure and the issue of providing the object with access roads.
These problems are also relevant for other future educational institutions, they should be solved together with local executive bodies. For this purpose Maulen Aimanbetov took part in the meeting with representatives of Almaty Akimat.
Particularly acute is the issue of ICI for a comfortable school in Kuramys microdistrict. The work of IIOE started 2 years ago, but it cannot be completed. The reason for this is the lack of free corridors for networks. The problem is complicated, but solvable. The Construction Department needs to find the "owners" of the networks, who laid the IOI separately, and unite them into one channel, thus freeing up additional space. Deputy Chairman of the Board Boranbai Bulatbekov will visit the megapolis together with representatives of the Akimat on a working trip to eliminate the issue.
The construction of roads and parking lots for comfortable schools is also on the agenda. Almaty City Mobility Department reported that design works are at the final stage. 3 DCPs have been uploaded to the portal of state expertise, 9 more are in the queue. After receiving the positive conclusion in akimat will announce a tender for carrying out of corresponding works. However, this process will take a lot of time and may be delayed until the construction of educational institutions is completed. In order to avoid disruption of the deadlines, the Law "On Education" was amended, according to which procurement for design and construction of external engineering networks to facilities within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School" can be conducted from a single source. The Chairman of the Board advised the representatives of the departments to take advantage of this opportunity and carry out the works until August 1. Head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction noted that teachers need time to settle in.
Maulen Aimanbetov said about the need to develop a schedule for the construction of roads and parking lots. It is also necessary to prescribe responsible persons for this process and a specific deadline for completion.
At the end of the meeting, the Chairman of the Board instructed the contractors to organize a meeting with local residents and conduct explanatory work, namely, to tell them about the importance and timing of the National Project. Local executive bodies should also be involved in the work.
In total, within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School" in Almaty city 22 educational objects will be built, 13 of which are built by order of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC and will be put into operation this year.
