Weather is not a hindrance: Maulen Aimanbetov held a meeting with the akim of Zhambyl region in online mode

A total of 12 schools are planned to be built in the Oblast under the National Project, 7 of which will be commissioned this year. 5 schools are planned to be commissioned in 2025.
The meeting with the Chairman of the Board and Akim of the region was attended by heads of all regional departments, the central office of Samruk-Kazyna Construction, akims of Merke, Baizak, Korday, Shu and Zhambyl districts, where comfortable schools will be built, representatives of contractors and design organizations.
The situation for each school was considered separately. For example, the pace of work of "Taraz KurylysInvest" LLP, which is building a comfortable school in the village of Karasu, leaves much to be desired. Besides, the financial position of the company is shaky. Therefore, it is now necessary to consider the possibility of unilateral termination of the contract and transfer the construction to a more responsible contractor.
There are no serious problems on all other objects, all issues can and should be solved in the working order. As of today, as Aimanbetov stated, Samruk-Kazyna Construction has issued all drawings, all contractors have received advance payments for 2024, projects are gradually undergoing state expert examination. It is planned to deliver 6 schools before the beginning of the school year.
However, this is impossible if engineering and communication infrastructure is not brought to the educational facilities in time. As the oblast akim and the head of the construction department assured, there will be no problems with this. Local executive bodies promise to complete all works till the end of July. Also works on obtaining the state act and transfer of title documents for land plots, where construction and delivery of schools in 2025 are planned.
As a result of the meeting, a joint protocol was drawn up, in which all the deadlines for the implementation of works and fulfillment of instructions are specified. The MIOs intend to solve all issues promptly. Maulen Aimanbetov thanked Yerbol Karashukeyev and his team for fruitful cooperation in the implementation of the large-scale national project.
