March 11, chaired by the head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction Maulen Aimanbetov held a meeting on the progress of the national project. The meeting considered the construction of educational institutions in Akmola, Karaganda, East Kazakhstan, North Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Kostanai, as well as Abay and Ұlytau regions. They are part of the first division, which is headed by First Deputy Chairman of the Board Gabit Malgazdarov.
Several educational institutions are experiencing problems, such as slow pace of work, respectively, and lagging behind schedule. This threatens the contracting organizations with termination of the contract.
Stink TFC LLP is building 4 comfortable schools in Karaganda region. The company is building one of the educational institutions in the "Gulder" microdistrict of the regional center. The process on the site is not progressing, moreover, for the transition to the active phase it is necessary to install KTP (complete transformer substation). The substation is expected to arrive by April 1, and the contractors plan to suspend work for three weeks. "This is unacceptable," said Maulen Aimanbetov, Chairman of the Board, and instructed to solve the problem as soon as possible. Every hour of construction is worth its weight in gold.

There are comments on the work of "ASTI" LLP, which is building 3 educational institutions of new format in Kostanay region. The pace is pleasing, but there is a problem of staff shortage, which may affect the quality of work, noted during the meeting.
The issue of comfortable school for 600 pupils in Pavlodar, the contractor of which is "VentKarkaraServis" LLP, is still open. Existing sewerage networks run through the territory of the facility and need to be removed. Local executive bodies assured that the work will be completed by February 23, but there is no light at the end of the tunnel. To speed up the process, the problem should be considered in detail together with representatives of the akimat and find ways of solution.
The issue of providing comfortable schools with Internet and furniture should be kept under control. The choice of the latter should be coordinated with education departments. Such work is already actively carried out in Karaganda, Pavlodar and Abay regions. The supplier, color, thickness and material must be mandatorily approved by local executive bodies and representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs in the regions.
