Designers of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC are actively working on uploading the design plans of comfortable schools
On March 14-15, Bagdat Azbaev, the head of the second division on comfortable schools, visited Zhambyl region. During the working trip, the representative of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC visited 7 construction sites of future educational institutions.
The pace of four contracting organizations was recognized as low. LLP "Tarazstroy-2004", "Agrospetsstroy", "Integra Construction KZ", "Otau-Stroy" were instructed to increase the number of working staff and organize a night shift to speed up the process. Also at the sites Bagdat Azbaev drew attention of the management of construction companies to the share of local content in the purchase of materials, equipment and furniture. The contractors were also explained the order of passing payments from exrow accounts to receive an advance payment.
Agrospetsstroy LLP is also behind schedule in uploading design and estimate documentation to the portal of state expertise. The leader of the consortium is building a comfortable school in Sholdala residential area of Taraz city. The design organization of the object is Taraz-Technoproekt LLP, which will be assisted by specialists of Samruk-Kazyna Construction JSC. This decision was made by the head of the second division while visiting the construction site.
If the deadlines set for the contractors will be overdue, the conversation with the leaders of consortiums will be short. The example is Taraz KurylysInvest LLP, which won the tender for the construction of a school for 300 children in the village of Karasu, Korday district, Zhambyl region. However, the company did not perform the work, in connection with which the contract was terminated.
Bagdat Azbayev's working trip was completed by a meeting with the First Deputy Akim of Zhambyl region Nurzhan Kalenderov. At the meeting, the parties discussed problematic issues on the implementation of the national project "Comfortable School" in the region.
Recall that on the initiative of the Chairman of the Board of JSC "Samruk-Kazyna Construction" all comfortable schools were divided into 4 divisions by regions, each of which is assigned a responsible manager from among 3 deputies and director of the Department of Construction for the implementation of the national project. According to the innovation, the second division, which included 48 comfortable schools in Almaty, Zhambyl and Zhetysu regions, as well as Almaty city, is headed by Bagdat Azbaev.
