Head of Samruk-Kazyna Construction checked the progress of construction of comfortable schools in Almaty

In the southern capital 5 comfortable schools are planned to be opened by September 1. In total, 13 comfortable schools will be put into operation in Almaty this year:
for 600 places to the south of Kuldzhinskiy tract;
for 2000 places in Karasu microdistrict;
for 2000 places in Samgau microdistrict;
2000 seats at the intersection of Ryskulov and Ashimov;
1500 places in Akbulak microdistrict;
2000 places in Terekti microdistrict;
1,500 seats in the Nurly dala microdistrict;
2500 places in the Shugyla microdistrict;
600 places in the 1st microdistrict;
1500 seats in Kuramys microdistrict;
1500 seats at the intersection of Rozybakiyev and Levitan streets;
2 500 places along Egizbaeva Street;
1 500 places along Raiymbek Avenue.
The head of the company went around the construction sites of absolutely all schools. This allowed solving important problems, most of which could not be solved for several months.
For example, during the construction of a school for 1,500 seats in Kuramys microdistrict, the contractor discovered that electricity poles were too close to the construction site, which prevented the installation of engineering networks. As a result of the discussion it was decided to reduce the construction area.
In the same school, local executive bodies faced the problem of providing external engineering networks (water supply and sewerage) due to too narrow corridor. However, having walked and personally inspected the area, Maulen Aimanbetov was convinced that despite the narrow passage there is a possibility to carry out works on laying networks. Representatives of the IOI agreed with this.
Also in the city there is an acute problem of providing schools with spacious parking lots. The reason for this is the density of construction of the southern capital and a large number of private houses. The Chairman of the Board held a working meeting with the participation of heads and specialists of the Department of Construction, Urban Mobility, Energy and other responsible bodies of Almaty Akimat. From the side of local executive bodies there is full understanding and support, thanks to which all comfortable schools in the city will be provided with parking lots and passage from four sides.
In the evening of March 28 at 19:00, a meeting was held in Almaty Akimat with the participation of Deputy Mayor Asem Nusupova and heads of responsible departments, where ways to solve all the above issues were discussed.
Aimanbetov separately raised the issue of complaints from citizens about construction work in the late hours of the day. He explained that in order to accelerate the pace, contractors were instructed to organize construction in 2-3 shifts. The head of SKCN asked the akimat to conduct explanatory work with residents to make them understand the round-the-clock work at the sites and temporary inconveniences. After all, quality construction and timely delivery of comfortable schools in the interests of Almaty citizens themselves.
Following the results of the meeting, a joint protocol was drawn up to control the fulfillment of the tasks and decisions taken.
