A comfortable school was inaugurated in Zhanakorgan
On February 3, a solemn opening ceremony of a 600-seat school built within the framework of the national project “Comfortable School” was held in “Sayazhay” microdistrict of Zhanakorgan district of Kyzylorda region. The construction of the educational institution was completed at the end of last year.
The ceremony was attended by the akim of Kyzylorda region Nurlybek Nalibayev, deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Abenov, heads of specialized departments, representatives of law enforcement agencies, industry veterans and intellectuals.
The head of the region congratulated the residents of the district on the opening of the new school and noted the importance of the work done.
“With the support of the President and the Government, important initiatives and creative projects are being implemented in the region. We are always interested in improving the quality of education of the younger generation and strengthening the prestige of the teaching profession. Thanks to the systemic support, the education sector in our region has achieved significant success. As a result, modern schools have been built,” the Akim's press service said.
Within the framework of the national project in Kyzylorda region construction of 10 schools with a total capacity of 6 900 pupils in one shift has been started. To date, 5 of them have already been put into operation. During 2025 it is planned to complete the construction of 5 more modern schools, which will significantly improve the educational infrastructure of the region.
