Since 1989, around the world, April 28 has been designated as World Day for Safety at Work. Theme 2023 "SAFE AND HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENT - A FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLE AND LAW AT WORK"

The idea of World Day for Safety and Health at Work originates from the Day of Remembrance for Workers who have died in the workplace.

In 2003, the International Labor Organization (ILO) proposed that this day be celebrated not as a memory of the victims, but as a day for the application of preventive measures to prevent injuries and illnesses at work. From this period, with the support of the ILO, the idea of a culture of labor protection began to be promoted.

The main goal of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work is to draw the attention of employers, employees, and the public to the problems of industrial injuries and adverse working conditions, as well as to contribute to the solution of these problems.

The ILO estimates that an average of 5,000 people die every day worldwide as a result of accidents and diseases at work.

According to the commissions that conducted the investigation of accidents, every third accident occurred due to unsatisfactory organization of work. Among the accompanying reasons is the violation of labor and production discipline and instructions on labor protection by the affected workers themselves.

The culture of production and the culture of labor protection are inextricably linked. Let it become a good tradition to start the working day with safety and labor protection issues.

Wherever you work, your life and health are the greatest value and largely depend on your conscious attitude to your own safety.

The activities carried out within the framework of industrial safety in the Company are aimed at achieving safe working conditions, protecting the health and life of employees.

On Occupational Safety Day, I want to thank you for the quality of your work and care for the team. May trouble not meet on your way, may work bring happiness and satisfaction! Working in a safe environment is the right of every person.
